Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

We work with suppliers around the world to bring you the best prices, so most items ship from our international fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery after processing:

  • Standard shipping: 7–20 business days (≈ 2–4 weeks total, including processing)

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, peak seasons, holidays, and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package any time on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping costs

Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. [Set your rule: free shipping / flat rate / calculated at checkout]

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Haven’t received your order?

If tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email support@rentosupply.com and we’ll help track it down.
