We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
What can be returned
- Items in unused, original condition with any original packaging
- Returns for any reason — including a change of mind
To start a return, email support@rentosupply.com with your order number and the reason. We’ll reply with the next steps.
Return shipping
- Faulty, damaged, or wrong item: we cover it — replacement or full refund, including original shipping.
- Changed your mind: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In some cases — particularly for lower-value items — we may approve a refund without asking you to ship the product back. We’ll let you know when you contact us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your refund is approved), we process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it.
Items that can’t be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons we can’t accept returns on items marked final sale, perishable goods, personal-care/intimate items, and custom or personalized products — unless they arrive faulty.
Damaged or wrong item
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
